The Shires EquiKind Snaffle is ideal for young or sensitive horses. EquiKind bits are similar to rubber but lighter and more flexible ensuring they are kinder on the mouth. The apple flavour makes them palatable and therefore easily accepted. This loose ring bit allows movement in the horse's mouth whilst the ripples on the mouthpiece add a little pressure. This bit is mild and therefore perfect for mouthing young horses. Please note this bit may not be suitable for horses that chew on the bit.
